Welcome to The Dance School!
Our youngest dancers will discover the joy of dance in a nurturing and playful environment. These fun and engaging classes develop motor skills, strength, coordination and creativity. Props, imagery, and music inspire spontaneity and self-expression.
We believe anyone can dance! We offer a variety of class options for our youngest dancers. View our website for class descriptions and schedules. If you have questions about our programs or if you need help choosing a class that’s right for your dancer, please contact us.
Dress Code for Young Dancer Programs:
Traditional Dance attire: Dance leotard (any color(s) such as pink, blue, purple, white or grey) with pink or skin tone tights. Hair pulled back in a bun if possible, or at least pulled back and secured.
Or- Solid color t-shirt with solid color leggings, jazz pants or joggers. Hair pulled back and secured.
Shoes: Shoes are dependent on the class enrolled. Black tap shoes and pink or black ballet shoes. For gently used or donated dance shoes (ballet, jazz, tap) please check out our shoe wall located in the lobby of our studio.

Ready for a little Disney magic? Join us for our Disney Favorites Dance Camp! Dress as your favorite Disney character as we dance and move to your favorite Disney songs. In this popular summer camp, dancers will develop motor skills, strength, coordination and creativity and self-expression. A camp where wishes come true! Thank you to City of Everett, this program is free to the community. Pre-registration is required as spots are limited. If you are unable to attend the camp, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can add students from the waitlist.

Are you ready for an under-the-sea adventure? Sparkle and shimmer in this magical camp filled with all thing’s mermaid! A day full of dancing and fun, this camp will help develop motor skills, strength, coordination, creativity and self-expression. Dancers can wear any mermaid themed attire or their favorite dance wear (glitter free). Thank you to City of Everett, this program is free to the community. Once upon a time, in a land far, far away…Join us for an enchanted day where you will be whisked away to far off fairytale lands! Wear your crowns as we practice your curtsies and prince/princess walks. A day full of dancing, crafts and fun, this camp is geared to help develop motor skills, strength, coordination, and self-expression. Dancers can wear any princess, prince, fairytale inspired costume or dance attire – glitter free clothing only. Join us for a Royally good time!

A camp for those who love animals and want a chance to explore the jungle! Dancers will sing songs, mime their favorite animals, learn dance move, juggling and tumbling skills, and take home a craft. Let your true colors shine through! Join us for a colorful day filled with flowers, rainbows and fun. This camp includes dancing, music, movement and crafts! Deep in the woods, on a moonlit lake… Join us for our Swan Lake inspired ballet camp! As well as being one of the most famous classical ballets, this enchanting tale has inspired many other stories, including the movies “The Swan Princess”, “Barbie of Swan Lake” and many more! Become beautiful swans as we learn about this classic ballet, dance to the iconic music and learn ballet choreography inspired by the original production.

Are you ready to have a Troll-riffic time? Join us for our Trolls themed DANCE! World Tour Camp! In this 3 day camp, dancers will get to celebrate what makes them special, whilst learning a mix of Jazz, Hip Hop & Pop, and Creative Movement, as well as a fun mini routine to share with their parent/guardian on the last day of camp. Dancers can dress in theme or wear their favorite dance attire.

Calling all Princes and Princesses! Practice your best princess walks, gallop like the bravest knight and be ready to ascend to the throne in this 3-day Royal Ballerina camp! Dancers can dress in theme or wear dance attire. Dancers will learn a mini routine and perform for their parent/guardian on the last day of the camp.

Fairies, Pixie Dust and Butterflies…Venture into this enchanted garden! Dancers will learn a mix of ballet, contemporary, lyrical and creative movement in this four-day camp. Dancers can dress in theme or wear dance attire. Dancers will learn a mini routine and perform for their parent/guardian on the last day of the camp. Recommended for dancers ages 6-9.

We all have special gifts just waiting to be uncovered. Inspired by Encanto, this camp will encourage everyone to be their true selves. Students will explore movement and dance to music from Encanto and other magical tales, led by a professional dance educator from The Dance School. All Dance School partnership camps will meet at Village Theatre and be escorted to and from The Dance School by KIDSTAGE staff.
