As a non-profit organization, we depend on the generosity and support of our community. Tuition funds approximately 70% of our operating expenses and the rest comes from individual, foundation, public agencies and corporate support. All donations, no matter their size, help us continue the legacy of dance in downtown Everett.
This annual day of giving falls on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, it encourages people to give – whether it’s some of your time, a donation, or the power of your voice in your local community. We are asking you to join us in celebrating GivingTuesday by donating to support The Dance School. This year, we are collecting donations to help us replace the water fountain in our lobby. The goal amount is $1,400, the cost of a new fountain. Our current water fountain is missing two buttons, and with an increase of use each day we are ready for an upgrade. All donations, no matter their size will help us with our water fountain fund.
